Cancellation & Exchange :

CALIEXTENSION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the CALIEXTENSION marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective, please report the same to our Customer Service E-mail ID (info@caliextension.com). The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges (but no refunds)

The customer will require the bill and the product to be returned along with the price tag.

• The exchange will be considered only for any physical damages during shipping.
• You must make your return within 24 hours of the delivery date if the delivery has been made to India / For international within14 days time of the delivery date.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two way shipping costs for the exchange of clothes.
• We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered,sleeves attached or washed.
• The customer will be required to produce the bill and the product to be returned along with the price tag.
• Upon receipt of returned products, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
• Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
• Products once altered or sleeves attached cannot be exchanged.

Alterations Policy

We would like to inform our valued customers that in some cases, despite adhering to the provided measurements, the alterations to the dresses may not be entirely accurate. This is primarily due to the unavailability of the customer in person for our tailor to take precise measurements and proportions. It is imperative to note that we shall not be held liable for any such alterations made to the dress, and we regret to inform our customers that we will not entertain any requests for exchanges or refunds on such dresses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

CALIEXTENSION follows a delivery time frame for national and international orders and takes into consideration any restrictions that could be imposed on delivering these products. Our policy entails information for the products and services we offer.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines (Products)

• Within India – 4 to 7 days
• International – up to 14-20 days

CALIEXTENSION is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will always be to the registered address of the buyer (unless specified at the time of order). CALIEXTENSION is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Shipping and Delivery Policy (Services)

Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two-way shipping costs for exchange of clothes.

All orders are subject to Custom duty and customers may/may not be charged by the government/department of customs of the respective country to which parcel is being delivered. These duties do not come under the jurisdiction of CALIEXTENSION.COM and will be borne/paid by the customer.

Undelivered/ RTO delivered

If the parcel is undelivered due to any reason then it will be RTO

DELIVERED (return to origin ) and you will have to pay the shipping fee for back and forth of the parcel Rs.200/-

Payment of re-shipping fee is mandatory if RTO DELIVERED

Any orders to be delivered through Rapido/ Uber etc.. or SPEED POST are to be borne by the customer itself .
